Wicked Good Guides / Boston for Visitors / What to see
Chinatown
Small when compared to Chinatowns in New York and San Francisco, and threatened by yuppification, Boston's Chinatown still offers a break from the ordinary.
Centered on Beach Street and a short walk from many hotels, Boston Common, the Theater District and the shops of Downtown Crossing, Chinatown offers a variety of Chinese restaurants, along with interesting street life. Chinatown is also home to a number of Vietnamese and other Asian restaurants. It is also home to a number of fabric stores.
On the subway, get off at New England Medical Center or Chinatown on the Orange Line or Boylston Street on the Green Line.
Im visiting in July 13-19 for a teachers
