A classic old-time bar straight out of the Charles Bukowski barfly mold. Full of atmosphere and characters. Cheap beer ($1.50 drafts!) and live music, with no cover, often very good blues bands, on weekends. Not for upscale types looking for a good martini or an extensive wine list, but don't be scared away otherwise.
This is Framingham's own Blues Alley, with the Chicken Bone a stone's throw away, and people walking back and forth to catch sets by the bands at both places on a Saturday night.
